Why can't the centrifugal pump disc be started when it's not powered?
The failure of the centrifugal pump disc indicates that there is a fault in the pump. This fault may be that the impeller is stuck or the pump shaft is excessively bent, the dynamic and static parts of the pump are rusted, or the pressure in the pump is too high. If the pump disc is forcibly started without the motor car, the strong motor force will drive the pump shaft to rotate strongly, which will cause damage to internal parts, such as the pump shaft breaking, twisting, impeller breaking, motor coil burning, or the motor tripping and startup failure.
